The legal bit
Privacy, in plain language
This page explains what information Marina Point Yoga collects, why, how long it's kept, and who to ask about it.
What this website collects
This website itself collects nothing. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and doesn't track you around the internet. You can read every page without giving the studio any information about yourself.
What you share with the studio
When you get in touch or come to class, you might share your name, your email address, your phone number, and anything you tell us about your health or injuries so classes can be taught safely. We use that only to reply to you and to organise and teach your classes. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.
How long it's kept
Contact details are kept while you're practicing with us, and afterward for ordinary record-keeping. Health notes are kept only as long as they're useful for teaching you safely. You can ask us to delete what we hold, and unless the law says otherwise, we will.
Your choices
You can ask what information the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Asking is free, and it doesn't affect your classes.
Who to ask
Questions about this policy or about your information: ask the studio directly, before or after class, or through whatever way you usually get in touch.
If this changes
If the website ever adds cookies, analytics, or an online booking tool, this page will be updated to say so before anything switches on.
